1. Team Name – Children’s Ministry Leadership Team
Description of Team - This team is made up of two leaders from Graceland, the Supervisor of Promiseland, a leader from Can Do Kids, a leader from JumpZone, the Director of SummerQuest and the Director of Children’ Ministry.

Pastor of Adult Ministries, Matt Reed:
1. Team Name - Deacon/Deaconess Team
Description of Team - The Deacon/Deaconess Team provides care and comfort to those in need in our church and community. They also prepare baptism and communion services, handle the distribution of our Deacon’s Fund (emergency financial assistance), distribute food baskets at Thanksgiving and Christmas, and organize our Prayer Ministry (Prayer Ministry – The Deacon/Deaconess team coordinates people at Grace to pray for urgent requests of people in our community. This team receives prayer requests via e-mail from the Pastoral Staff at Grace, then deploys a team of people to begin praying. To sign up to be a part of this team, please contact Marie LaBrie @ 845-928-9034). Members are elected for a three-year term by the congregation and may return to this team if reelected after a one-year sabbatical.

2. Team Name - Grace Group Leadership Team
Description of Team – This is a team made up of all Grace Group leaders and their apprentices. Grace Groups are regularly meeting adult small groups that are centered on 1.) Sharing Life Together 2.) Growing Spiritually 3.) Spreading the Love of Jesus

3. Team Name – Adult Community Class Leadership Team
Description of Team – This is a team made up of the Adult Community Class leaders and each classes individual leadership teams. Our adult communities meet weekly on Sunday Morning for worship and fellowship but have a particular emphasis on Bible Teaching

Senior Pastor, Terryl Delaney:
1. Team Name - Elder Board
Description of Team - Our Elder Team is elected by the members of Grace Community. They serve as the spiritual leaders of our church for a three-year term and may return to the Team after a one-year sabbatical if reelected by the congregation. They are also ultimately responsible for every aspect of Grace Community’s ministry, such as ministry administration, outreach, and appointing key leaders and teachers. All other teams serve under their direction. While the elders provide spiritual leadership to the congregation, they ultimately come under the authority of the congregation.

2. Team Name: - Strategic Planning Team
Description of Team: - The Strategic P/L Team works directly with the pastor to identify opportunities and obstacles to achieve Grace’s vision. Once these are identified, it will look for the most viable solutions and create plans designed to keep moving us toward our vision. This Team deals with subjects such as the next staff position to be created, the need for additional parking and construction of new ministry facilities, and they make budget recommendations related to strategic issues. The decisions are always subject to the review and approval of the Elder Team. Members are appointed for a one-year term by the pastor and elders.

1. Team Name – Campus Operations Team
Description of Team - Our Campus Operations Team members are recruited by the Pastor of Administration. They are responsible for managing every aspect of our facility, both interior and exterior.
